Brand new release by Bell award winning The New Sheiks - "Australiana" will be launched at Melbourne's Bennetts Lane Jazz Club.
The New Sheiks play a potent mix of early and contemporary Blues and Jazz, as well as original material presented in a totally spontaneous and improvised stage show. No two shows are ever alike as these award winning Jazz musicians traverse everything from 19th century American folk songs to 21st century Australian music, all with the deepest swing grooves this side of New Orleans!
